Client files

Click a client to open their file explorer. New clients automatically get folders for Year-End, GST, Payroll, Personal, and Misc.

Activity history

Every create, edit, and delete is logged automatically. Click an entry to see details. Deleted items and old versions can be restored.

Backup snapshots

A snapshot covers your clients, tasks, groups, folders, file records, notes and upload links — everything except the uploaded files themselves, which stay in storage and are never deleted by a restore. One is taken automatically when someone signs in, at most once a day, so a week with nobody signed in leaves a gap. Manual snapshots can be taken anytime. Snapshots are kept for 90 days. Download anytime as a JSON file.
